Platform Implementation

For operations teams deploying one or more Teamworx4 modules into their live operational environment. Includes configuration, integration setup, team training, and a structured adoption period with accountability checkpoints.

Audience: Operations managers, SME owners, logistics and manufacturing directors
Timeline: 8–12 weeks depending on scope and integration complexity

  • Supervisor and manager training sessions
  • 90-day outcome measurement against the documented baseline

Scope note: Implementation does not include custom software development. If your environment requires significant custom integration work beyond standard connectors, this is scoped and priced separately under the Portfolio tier.

Standalone Service

Operational Diagnostic

A structured analysis of your current operational environment to identify the highest-leverage improvement areas. Delivered as a documented report with prioritised recommendations — without commitment to any further engagement.

Audience: Operations directors and SME owners who want a clear picture before committing to any platform investment
Timeline: 2–3 weeks from initial conversation to delivered report

What this engagement includes:

  • Structured interview and workflow observation sessions with key operational roles
  • Bottleneck identification across coordination, process, and performance layers
  • Written report with prioritised recommendations and estimated impact
  • One follow-up session to review the report findings

Scope note: The diagnostic is an independent service. Its findings may indicate that a platform implementation is warranted — or that a different type of intervention is more appropriate. We report what we find, not what produces the largest follow-on engagement.
